Your chosen prepaid commitment plan will be renewed automatically for your convenience, upon expiration, on the same terms. Cancellation for current chosen prepaid commitment plan is not available prior to the end of the paid period. Feel free to change to a new plan or cancel your membership at the end of the paid period.

 

To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation notice must be sent in writing to www.purecomfortweightloss.com/cancellation at least 14 days before the expiration date of the current prepaid plan. All cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy.
